Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) combines elements of hypnotherapy, CBT, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to provide fast and lasting results. A landmark study by Dr. Alfred A. Barrios in 1970, titled “Hypnotherapy: An Analysis of Its Success Rate in Psychotherapy” and published in The Psychotherapy Journal of the American Psychiatric Association, reviewed over 2,000 psychotherapy articles. The study found:
- Psychoanalysis had a 38% success rate, but took over 12 years and 600 sessions to achieve those results.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) had a 72% success rate after about 22 sessions over 6 months.
- Hypnotherapy, the basis for RTT®, achieved a remarkable 93% success rate with just 6 sessions over 1-2 months.
